Spurs have no time to feel sorry for themselves, they have to get right back into it because they'll be on a b2b right away.
Home game against the Wizards is the perfect opportunity to get back on track.
For me it's not about winning the game, but winning it in the first half because we play our favorite opponent the day after.
Hopefully they can take care of business and we can get extended DJG/CB minutes in the second half.

Not sure about Wemby's status, but we should be winning this one regardless of who's available.

Yeap perfect bounce back game, I know the loss against the Knicks hurt a little but man this team has a lot of talent! Future is blinding bright with Wemby, Castle, Harper, and Fox. Frustrating and disappointing that Fox had a few costly and ill timed turnovers but hey it happens and so far he has done a lot more good things than bad.

Now is understandable that Wemby looked a bit off yesterday knowing now that his Grandma passed away.

Yeah, last night started a 4 games in 6 day stretch for the Spurs. Luckily that includes 2 against the East cellar dwelling Wizards. Hopefully the Wiz understands just how much the Spurs need the gimme’s. A loss in either of these games will be costly since the western contenders will blitz Washington. Wemby or no, gotta take care of the business at hand. Go Spurs Go!!!!

This. This vets are who they are. Not ever great. They stumble into some good games but you can’t rely
On them. Cb needs more pt given his upside.

Barnes showed in the two biggest games of the season he is a fucking jag with no cohonos.

Fox was trash too. Some of his passes for turnovers weren’t even close. Like he had money on Knicks. Dude had 5 turnovers. Pathetic

due to the cup schedule we had quite a bit of time off between games lately. had 2 days off between the lakers and OKC game, and then another 2 days off before the knicks game. 4 days off in 5 games is obviously atypical, and we will not enter a stretch with no more than 1 day off in between games until after our game on January 3. and mind you, we have a b2b on Jan 2/3, finally have 2 days off, but then immediately have another b2b on Jan 6/7

if there was ever a stretch of the season where we use the bench more, its going to be now. yes, you probably go back to a shorter rotation in the two OKC games later this month, but other than that, i think we start seeing spot minute for guys like KO, Waters, DJG, or even Sochan just to make sure we keep guys minute reasonable. this isnt a Thibs team
