Outscore them by 38 in both halves. RGMers were trying to suggest the Spurs trade Castle for Avdija before the series, and the consensus was that SA should be willing to add multiple first-rounders to get Portland to bite. Ugh. I'm not the leader of Steph's fan club, but I swear folks want the team to dump him or Harper for any reason.
 
Read through some Blazers fans comments and a lot of them are having a meltdown over that Yang pick.
If you remember, they traded down from #11 and Yang looks like a player that was picked only because of his commercial value.
Could've had Coward or CB.

That sliver of our fan base who is deadset on breaking up a 62 win team sure does make it to every corner of the internet.

Those guys could be the GM of the Mavs! They've got a future in the front office...just not ours!
 
the last elimination game we played was in the 2019 first round, when we took the Nuggets to game 7

that was the (in)famous game 7 where we were down 4 with 28 seconds to go and Pop was yelling, jumping, begging somebody to foul so we could at least get the ball back and LMA just stood there staring at Jokic and we let the full clock wind down and never got another shot off :st-lol:

Close out games are always the toughest. They need to stay focused for four quarters.

I don't want the main 8 or 9 guys to leave. The last 4 or 5 can be switched out for upgraded talent. The one main guy that may have to move on is Barnes. I want to win it all and have him retire. Then, I want to find a spot for him on the coaching staff.

I like BB and his positive attitude, but he needs to retire. KO needs to move on. Waters needs to move on. JMac can stay, unless we can find a better upgrade, maybe DJG.

We need to add front court depth, at least 2 more bigs, but ideally 3.
 
let's finish the Blazers tonight and heal the wounds before the Nuggets (I doubt that the Wolves have enough firepower to win their series).

Yeah, I like putting in the bruiser brothers and throw in Biyombo at the end to make sure they get the message don't start playing dirty and think you're just going to walk away.
