Player De'Aaron Fox Expected To Miss The Start Of The Regular Season

It isn't like Fox has been on the moon and he's going to suddenly be dropped into the rotation. He knows what the team is doing and is going to make the Spurs really good.

That said, I'm looking forward to the meltdowns should his integration to the team be anything but flawless.

Just like that this guy has not played in a competitive game of basketball for 8 months..That's an ACL-type of injury layoff..He better come back and show us he is worth that max extension. Games like last night is when you desperately need a 30-piece from Fox to take the load off Wemby and make opposing coaches rethink their "gang up on Victor" schemes..

The Spurs need to work on their spacing if teams are going to double and triple Wemby on the catch

He was originally out over the thumb or hand surgery. His current injury is unrelated and honestly I think he’d already be player if he were still with the kings.

Wemby needs work on passing out of the double teams too. That’s a next step evolution for him.

This needs to be a priority. Pretty clear that he is really struggling with the double teams.

I do think teams are going to be way less effective with that when Fox returns.

I can't find anything that I would trust as official yet.
We have to wait until tomorrow.

They update it hourly on game days.

He could possibly be announced as available tomorrow as soon as today @ 5pm or am I reading that wrong? Unless they call him a GTD in which case they can decide for sure tomorrow?

so in 4.5 hours (correcting my previous post)

But teams don't actually do it.
Open today's injury report and there's nothing for late tip-offs.
Only team that hasn't reported is the Clippers and they are on a b2b. So yes, teams do report on time. And you're wrong still

Wait and see at 5pm today.

Fox is GTD in NBA app, btw.

I know.

It's just that I follow those reports and teams often don't update it until game day.
I follow as well, haven't seen a team miss a reporting deadline this year. Pretty sure you get fined if you do.

My major malfunction with the report is the game start times

WTF is this shit? 07:00 is not 7pm. It's 7am. 19:00 is 7pm. If you're gonna use 4 digits, put it in world time, or just use 3 digits. 'Muricans are idiots
