To block this many shots in this day and age is surreal.

Since 2015, which I’d say is the three point explosion era, Hassan whiteside (2015-16 3.68 blocks), Jaren jackson (22-23, 3.00) and wemby (23-24, 3.58. 24-25, 3.83. 25-26, 3.03) were the only players to have more than 3 blocks a game. And wemby did it every years he’s been in the league!
 
Teams can't afford to not challenge him in the rim in the playoffs. That's why we're seeing his block numbers jump up again.

The activity in the passing lanes and challenging ball handlers in the paint to get some steals has been awesome as well.
