Maybe I'm reading too much into it but anyone notice Sochan's lack of towel waiving from the bench in the recent week or so? The dude literally has a front seat to the games while sitting next to the coaches and rarely gets up when something exciting happens that makes the whole bench gets up.

When we beat the Thunder, Sochan should be allowed to bang the drum as a farewell to the city... unless of course he's already traded by then.

My interpretation is that Jeremy's agent didn't just suddenly become aware of this process, and quite the opposite, has most likely been looking for trade for almost the whole season. If something's going to come together, there's a lot of parts that'll have to fall into place unless Brian feels like attaching second round picks to do right by Jeremy. Which is possible and probable. But I feel fairly confident in thinking there isn't a very big Jeremy market going on right now and that a trade will depend on how much compassion Brian has.

I feel like a rare Sochan centrist. I like him but acknowledge he doesn't help basketball teams win games, which for some teams is, like, you know, important.

What a disaster this guys shot is that form looks different again like he’s shooting on the side of his head now. Not to even mention both shots were a foot off the middle of the basket.

I feel like a few things went wrong for Jeremy. For one, the collective Bball IQ around him went up additively with Fox, Harper, Castle, Kornet and Wemby. It also went up subtractively with Zollins, Branham and Wesley leaving. That's a huge shift as our record illustrates and Jeremy is never going to be a cerebral player. It's hard to not have a strong skill and play with smarter players. KJ and Vassell have enough smarts/skills to fit in and adapt. Not improving at a level that would force the coaches to play him was the other major strike against him. That said, if he's still on the team tomorrow, he's got absolutely nothing to lose by playing his balls off if he gets a chance. Of course, if he were doing that in practice, he'd have gotten more burn already. He has lost his identity as a basketball player and that will take some major reconstruction to even get a solid second chance.

There was an interview with him last summer and he said his boys live with him.
Enough said about his work ethic and commitment to the game.
You can have your family live with you, your gf/wife, but when it's the boys you know no serious work will be done.
I can only imagine those leeches and how they spend their days.

Surely Sochan can’t be happy. I reckon he likes hanging out with the boys but riding the bench the rest of the season and further tanking his value in a contract year, just to have to find a new home in a couple months is rough.
