The dunk contest is all about blown dunks. If you don’t clank one or two, your degree of difficulty isn’t high enough.I don't want to jinx him in his big moment but what's the over/under in him fumbling one of his dunk attempts? Jeez I get nervous just thinking about it. I call him Small Hands for a reason.
It's not about just clanking a dunk, though. He may just lose control of the ball like he usually does going up.The dunk contest is all about blown dunks. If you don’t clank one or two, your degree of difficulty isn’t high enough.
yeah, the kind of experience Noa Essengue gotRegardless of how he performs, this should be a good experience for the rookie. Getting to go and participate in a star-studded event with all of the NBA's best players, getting name and brand recognition, dealing with the pressure and the limelight...all good things for his development and sense of belonging in the NBA.

They'll use AI to doctor themI wonder if ESPN has enough dunk video clips for CB's introduction for the dunk contest![]()

only prop dunk i legitimately loved was Nate Robinson jumping over Spud WebbI hope not, prop dunks are lame IMO

Yes, but like all the replicas, no where near the hang time and grace. Is that replica of Vince Carter's dunk in 2000 dunk contest?

Who among us has not ever declared, "Fuck this shit!"?He's kind of looked like a different player ever since the missed dunks / Headshaving Watch saga... Like the pressure of the moment made him turn it up, and tap into his real talent. He's looking confident on his dunk attempts now and it's translating into his shooting.
Make it or break it, great experience for the rookie at the ASG. Hopefully Keldon's there with some clippers..... And they discuss boundaries beforehand![]()
