Trade Spurs Trade Ideas

Craziest thing is that OKC could make the best offer for Giannis and barely gut their team at all.

Exactly.
They're basically undefeated without Williams.
They upgrade Chet, add Williams and a couple of FRPs while still having the most good assets in the league.

In order to make salaries match in a Chet for Giannis swap OKC would have to gut there roster somewhat unless they included Hartenstein which wouldn't make sense.

Clippers are looking to gut their team. Wondering if we could get something out of it. Vassel and Sochan 2 seconds for Lopez and Collins and a 1st. Spurs do it mostly to get rid of some of their mistakes and clear cap room. Clips do it as they get 2 young players and players they are giving up are not playing well, the pick would be further out and they can take on their salary.

Yes I know this is a pipe dream but I can dream.

I think we can let John Collins go at this point..

If that ends up a top 3 pick, wouldn't Atlanta rather/want to keep that pick? And if it's number 1, I doubt they'd even want to trade if for Giannis.
That's what i would do if i were them, and punt the decision to the summer. If ATL lands a pick that could be Peterson that would instantly complete their team.

But the bottomline is that NOLA gifted them perhaps the best trade asset to include in a trade if they push in the chips for Giannis.

And we know he wanted the Knicks. Could we be one of the teams that would facilitate the trade and grab OG Anunoby? What would you be willing to give for him?
Anunoby is a complete no-go under this CBA.

What offer can the Knicks make that can't be easily beaten by Atlanta, others? Guess Giannis is gonna screw his old team on the way out.

Right now (Wright now, right?), I'd prefer a low-key deal that nets us a mid-to-meh future FRP more than a roster upgrade.

Devin + Keldon + olynyk+ sochan + 3 1st's + 3 2nd's

Giannis + Rollins + GTJr

If Milwaukee is forced to trade him here, I'd think this is the Wright offer. I know Giannis is worth alot more on the open market, but im not sure he's worth more if Milwaukee is in a 1 team negotiation.
