Trade Spurs Trade Ideas

Come on stupid Bulls, let’s do Kelly/Sochan/all you can eat SRPs for Ayo/Smith

Tonight's game is an example of where this team could've desperately used Sochan tbh. He's obviously limited but he has his uses; would be retarded to salary dump him or waive him.

I know the TM3 trade won't happen. Price will be up in the sky and Spurs don't give such amounts of assets.

but I can't understand why some do not see him as the perfect fir for the current needs. because he is. and not just because of his 12 made 3s from last night.

they say, he won't get the shots like he does with Pels. but it's not about the amount, it's about the nature of the shots and how he gets his shots. him on the Spurs is such a great match, he would fill exactly what this team needs and his effiviency will be fantastic. (beside good defense he plays)

give the Pels a final offer. Vassell plus 2026 Atlanta swap, 2028 Boston swap, 2029 own.

Spurs have prolly offered something like that already outside the ATL swap (should be near untouchable considering how great this draft is) tbh, as have other teams. NO's asking price is supposedly four FRPs and a nice player which is ridiculous for a non-AS player.

Also wouldn't include Vassell since if you traded for TM3 you're going for it all this season and this team needs all the shooting it can get.

Ja probably gets traded today, I'm hoping that doesn't mean that Aldama is off the table. He'd be a great starting PF and 3rd center (esp for small ball lineups) and he'd be a shooting asset. One stop shopping. Saddiq Bey is probably out of our price range, but, Joe Dumars is the (playoff caliber) GM. If there's no movement for the Spurs today, that will make the offseason even more frustrating as I don't see them doing much then either. This trade deadline is really functioning as the new free agency. We need another big body on the bench for the playoffs even if it's a Jalen Smith tier player. I'm pulling out the juju beads for a trade of some sort by our beloved Silver & Black.

Did the Celtics hire the Kings GM overnight?
I think we're the ones unlikely to do that. Hauser is nice but that swap is worth alot. Boston would jump at getting it back and getting under the tax. We probably say no, "we like what we have"

Celtics moving 2 rotation players in exchange for unwinding a swap that may or may not even be a thing but we are the ones who say no? Just lol

Celtics kept Hauser over Kornet, he's not up for trade unless someone offers a first. Which would be too much for him.

Spurs are stingy. I'm sure they have offers on the table but they don't want to use any draft assets at all it sounds like
Not sure why. To me we have our core pretty much in place other than at the 4. We don’t need a superstar just need a very good player that can shoot and defend. I would use the draft assets we have to go get that

I can see the not wanting to ship out firsts, but I doubt that our barn load of seconds is somehow off limits.
