Yeah I don't buy the "women refs are always worse" Chris Paul misogynistic narrative. Mentioning stuff about her menstruation (Lauren something I think her name was) and stuff was pretty low imo on his part, I think he was with the Clippers back then. Growing up the only one in the NBA was Violet Palmer and I thought she was below average but she was far from the worst... Joey Crawford, Steve Javie, Lou Grillo, Tony Brothers and others were far worse.

I meant that if any ref, man or woman, is bad at their job they should be replaced, even if it ends up meaning more gender inequality.

There have been plenty of bad male refs to be sure.
