Game Thread Spurs (51-18) vs Suns (39-30) (Thu 3/19/2026) [7:00 PM CDT]

Every day the Spurs beat the Suns is a good day. There are few NBA teams I dislike more than the Phoenix Suns. a 40 point destruction would be great.

It happens naturally usually young tall skinny.. the fluid that glues your lunk to your thorax produces bubbles that go up and when they blup can detach your lung usually few mm.. but it is extremely painful. One can recover naturally or if it becomes pesistent, you have to provoke a total detachment to glue it definitely. Doing a procedure it takes time to recover, one week hospital and several home for the cicratization

It can also happen after a broken rib, a violent impact etc
Thanks for the information. I'm not understanding some of the words (I assume typos). Do you mean the fluid that glues the lungs (I assume typo?) to your thorax? And what does blup mean? Is that meant to be another word?

I didn't realize collapse lungs can just happen. Thanks for that explanation. So in some cases you can recover without any intervention? And if you do have it, it is very painful? That would make it a lot easier to notice it's something serious.

Sons have been starting Oso Ighodaro at center (since Williams went out) and Royce O'Neal at the 4. not the biggest frontline to being with, and now O'Neal is out

i expect we will see a lot of Ryan Dunn and Rasheer Fleming. probably a fair amount of Maluach as well

Truly a bright spot in what was a horrible end to the season. I'll never forget seeing Flav shout out Mamu after the game lol
Mamu being boys with Flavor Flav was definitely not on my bingo card.

yeah sorry I'm on my phone... yes lungs, blup for pop / blow.

Most of the cases you recover without intervention, your lung by just breathing recovers and gets glued back to the entire surface of the thorax. When lung detach even for few milimeters it is like getting stabbed. The recovery after couple of days is painless. If you need an intervention the recovery is tough, you have draining tubes in your thorax for a week to remove bleeding and secretions, this period is really really bad then it is rest rest and more rest.

When we win tonight, we will have officially tied the rockets for games won last season, so we can easily finish stronger than they did (they were the second seed)
