Most of the cases you recover without intervention, your lung by just breathing recovers and gets glued back to the entire surface of the thorax. When lung detach even for few milimeters it is like getting stabbed. The recovery after couple of days is painless. If you need an intervention the recovery is tough, you have draining tubes in your thorax for a week to remove bleeding and secretions, this period is really really bad then it is rest rest and more rest.

Agreed with Ex about scheduled rests. Starting with HBs "nap". Maybe Korn and Dylan really had issues but I could see Castle being general wear and tear management and not any specific injury. Could see others sit games down the stretch here as well since Spurs seeding is pretty locked up.
