Game Thread Spurs (50-18) @ Kings (18-51) (Tue 3/17/2026) [9:00 PM CDT]

Derozan did everything that he was asked to do when PATFO traded for him tbh. Stayed healthy and leveled up his playmaking under Pop. Then went on to net the Spurs some valuable assets (both directly and indirectly) when he went to Chicago then the Kings.

Nobody should knock him for his time with us.

Yeah, I don’t get this wasted energy of hating everything that moves. Or even if it’s one thing or person just all the time, I don’t see how that’s not exhausting to someone’s mental well-being. We all decay/ rot in our own ways, I guess.

Impressive we won 61 games that year considering how old that roster was tbh.

Kawhi was playing like an MVP on both ends and LMA was solid that year plus Gasol was pretty good his first year here.

Forget about David Lee sometimes. He is one of my favorite one and done Spurs. Too bad he retired right after that because he definitely could have continued playing

Kawhi against the Rockets that year is one of the hypest moments in Spurs history tbh :st-lol:

I loved David Lee that year. I thought he busted his ass trying to be a better defender while he played for the Spurs. I don't remember if he was injured or in the Warriors rotation when they won their first ring.

was at game 5

Had to look it up he was on the 2015 team.
