Mitch trying to get cute to get players more rest forced them to play heavier minutes than if he stuck with the normal rotation tbh. Shit has happened several times already this season.

Bulls, Utah X2, Denver, and Clippers games..Trying to overthink it and ended up either losing or overextending what should have been a comfortable win

Regardless of the bad timing with those missed free throws, it is something I wondered all season long, specially after so many missed clutch free throws by role players. Surely it isn't because Mitch thinks Wemby is a choker at the line.
