Game Thread Spurs (49-18) @ Clippers (34-33) (Mon 3/16/2026) [9:00PM CDT]

Kornet's lack of durability is starting to become an issue..Drafting a young back-up Center is a must this offseason
A lot of people were already pencilling in Korndog as our back up C for 2-3 years but his body is breaking down

Gonne need Plumdog to show us something tbh. He doesn't have to be stellar, he just can't be terrible in the non-wemby minutes.

Durability? Kornet's played 57 games, missing 10, and is ranked 28th in games played by a center. Five games more than VW's 52 (41st). The Spurs are 42-15 in Luke's games played compared to 39-13 for Vic's.

A third center is a great draft idea, although probably for Austin. Depends on how well Plumlee plays and how the trio work together for the rest of this year.

if kawhi is out they should be able to put this one away without getting too gassed, setting themselves up to handle the back to back at sacto

looking ahead, not only is our schedule light by sos metrics generally, but our next matchup against the suns should still have them shorthanded as well, so theyre not even as good as their record

we should be able to coast to the #2 finish, just a question of whether we finish ahead of detroit or not (but we own the tiebreak there as well). keep healty and keep the good vibes going heading into the playoffs

could have had Raynaud with second rounder but Brian Wrong wanted cash. perfect fit. Playing great and wemby buddy.

People here argues Raynaud wanted starters minutes. But I doubt he’d be unhappy with the hottest team in the league and with his friend Wemby
