Game Thread Spurs (27-11) @ Timberwolves (25-14) (Sun 1/11/26) [6PM CST]

that was some atroucious screening from kornet. took him forever, and didn't hold it enough and didn't move off of his player enough to let harper score in peace.

I’ve had a chance to catch a few Wolves games this season and not taking too much stock in what’s going on atm. They actually look horrible compared to what they’re capable of

Let’s put em to bed before the 4th

Almost no success with Castle as the primary initiator tonight

I still think Steph is a cerebral player but even the smart ones do get in a funk. He just needs to toe the line carefully between persistence and forcing things.

They're too inconsistent because they don't have a starting point guard, when their shot isn't falling they just start doing random shit on offense and it dissolves into garbage we've been seeing this game.
But if they get hot, they can beat anyone.

Harper right now is taking the exact same angle off the glass and it’s gotta be destroying his confidence

I like that Mitch doesn't mess around with timeouts. Any sign of momentum and he's off the bench...I feel like Pop got lazy with those and tried to make guys "play through it" too long
