Game Thread Spurs (23-7) vs Jazz (10-19) (Sat 12/27/25) [7:00 PM CDT]

Spurs effort so far has been dog-shit. No excuse to be down nearly double-digits to this defensively-challenged Utah team that played a close game down to the wire less than 24 hours ago. Ridiculous.

We were up 10, allowed a couple of 3s noone even tried to contest and this happens.

what a horrible quarter. Beating OKC three times to play like this against a bottom feeder :(
You knew it was coming though. So predictable. Emotional hangovers are a real thing. Spurs need to get heir head out of their ass though, playtime's over. Mitch putting Sochan in also killed us though.

As soon as I saw Fox was out I smelled a loss tbh. Spurs didn't bring the appropriate fear tonight; hopefully they can avoid the Jazz going up big and can regroup at halftime.

Hopefully Mitch learned a lesson today with this bullshit
He's done this shit several times this season already. The Nets and Pelicans coming back to nearly win shows he's as guilty as anyone of not taking every team seriously.

Yeah game is far from over but it sucks when the Spurs have to work harder to get the win because they don’t respect the bottom feeder games enough.

Understand that Mitch want to give CB some mins against weaker team.

But playing Sochan and Waters together in the 2Q show that he might be overconfident
