I'm all for Spurs sending a tape to the league. Dort has crossed the line and the nefarious intent is there for all to see. Surely Silver isn't OK with some Belgian scrub ruining the career of his league's biggest future asset.
Mitch should consider deploying Sochan-Olynyk lineup in two weeks to send a message, tbh.
SGA’s game sans the foul baiting is actually pretty to watch. That punch dribble into a 3 seems automatic for him, though he missed one earlier.
Remember the refs fucking them in both games 2 and 5 in that series tbh. Not as egregious as 2012 game 6 but two bad calls completely flipped that series.2016 was a stacked team and maybe the best in the Duncan era overall but the wheels on Duncan himself were clearly falling off. And even more unfortunately, the west was a 3 headed monster, and GSW winning 73 meant the 67-win Spurs had to play OKC in the second round, which was a 60-40 matchup in our favor as is, even though we only lost 1 home game all regular season, and the refs made sure we lost another and the series
Yeah I agree with the rebounding. There was one specific play where wemby had chet right behind him and watched the ball instead of going for a rebound. Chet got the easy Oreb putback no contest. Come on!!My only complaint would be the rebounding, especially when Wemby is on the floor.
In a lot of situations it looks like our guys are contesting Wemby with no opponents near the ball.
Yes, but in fairness Ibaka being injured in the playoffs was massive
Dort got away with the exact same shit against Doncic in the 2024 playoffsI'm all for Spurs sending a tape to the league. Dort has crossed the line and the nefarious intent is there for all to see. Yes, he could comeback but being soft pussy he stayed outDid AD get injured again?
Thanks, although, I already went and had a look. I wasn't going to vote as I don't care about the all-star game at all, but then after this game, I starting really thinking about it and realized it probably means a lot to these young kids on the team, so I figured I should give them some support. I don't think I've voted for 10 years or so.
couple of scary moments there, Victor grabbing his legI'm all for Spurs sending a tape to the league. Dort has crossed the line and the nefarious intent is there for all to see. Surely Silver isn't OK with some Belgian scrub ruining the career of his league's biggest future asset.
Silver isn't OK with is the league's best future asset not being on the Lakers, Knicks, or Bulls, though.I'm all for Spurs sending a tape to the league. Sure but we figured them out when Pop went away from starting 2 traditional bigs (Splitter/Duncan) and used Bonner or Diaw next to Timmy instead. CoJo dunking on Ibaka was also momentum changing.
To be honest, OKC was pretty bad outside of Durant, Westbrook, Ibaka, and Jackson. We were actually so much deeper than them in 2014.
