Game Thread Spurs (21-7) vs Thunder (26-3) (Tue 12/23/25) [7:30 PM CDT]

Spurs 5/10 from the foul line. That's how you lose close games tbh. Every point matters in games like this. You have to hit your FT's.

Fox is consistently missing FT’s from last 3-4 games

Its a lowkey concern at this point

Mitch needs to get on the boys to speed the game up…okc on a back to back and we gotta get those legs tired for the 4th qtr…

Wemby needs to be ready by the 9 min mark of the third and do a shift ftom 9 minutes and get 2 mins rest at the end of the 3rd qtr

Then- start the 4th and get a breather at the 8 min mark
Come back to close at the 6 min mark of the 4th and its a spurs win…

Sucks that they couldn’t cash in on the overturned call but they’re going toe to toe with OKC.

Feels wrong to say this, but I believe in my heart that the spurs are the better team.
Today we are (up until now), we should be up double-digit but we're "beating ourselves" like most young teams do and can't create a gap.

It was already the case against crapy teams so I don't expect it not to happen vs Okc

Going toe to toe with OKC now, after winning one already, are we contenders tbh?

Wemby's blocked shots streak in jeopardy too.
I really feel like everyone needs to accept this is gonna end soon. Literally nobody challenges him anymore lol OKC chose to get a shot clock violation rather than try to throw one up around him.

It’s only a matter of time

They were a respectable 5 of 7 until Fox fucked it up. Low sample size

Looking for a little more Dylan in the second half. He did a good job distributing and taking care of the ball against this hawking OKC defense

Gotta hit some 3s and not be stupid, we cshould have a chance
