I think they already are when you go to post a new thread, there's a Poll tab under the thread title

Anything Else Except Politics

I think that will cover most of the active discussion from ST and get rid of the one thing we all wanted to get rid of.

Are you using phone or desktop? I've noticed on the phone you have to turn the phone horizontally for the signature to display, at least on my end

Phone....I turned it and now I can see my signature.....ty

There are some people who have horrible takes and some who are just awful people and the best practice would be complete and total ignorance of their existence here.

Just to expand on what was said, the ignore function Works flawlessly. Much better than the one on Spurs talk. They basically aren't there anymore

im pretty sure i have every email notification thing turned off yet i continue to receive emails when somebody "replies to a watched thread" or whatever.

i dont even have notifications on for "replies to a watched thread" let alone email... not sure how to stop receiving those

I had to fidget with this quite a bit to get the emails to stop. I don't remember the solution... but there is one.
