Are the Spurs part of the "clearing" him process? Because if they are and he's "cleared" then why wouldnt he play? If they're still worried then I'm sure they'll have a say in "clearing" him and he won't be available until after Game 3.
I understood NBA is in charge of the clearance but Spurs can decide to let him out despite of that tbh.. If I'm Spurs and I trust my roster I go without him game 3 and get a bit more time to monitor, better to be over cautious than not enough.
