Game Thread Playoffs Round 1, Game 2: Spurs vs Blazers (1-0) (Tue 04/21/2026) [7:00 CDT]

Meanwhile OKC probably goes through their playoff run uninjured while Lou Dirt hurts everyone around him.

good sogn that wemby got up and jogged back. out for game is standard whem he entered protocol. hopefully he is ok.

Nah you're right, this is what the ignore list is for. But judging by your bullshit, you're gonna pretty much annoy everyone here so have fun talking to yourself. Probably the only person who can stand your dumb shit.
You're hurt man. Just enjoy your night. You'll feel better tomorrow.

Kornett playing great the first game and looking solid tonight. Hopefully that week off at the end of the season and before the playoffs really helped him. And we’re gonna need Carter to play big minutes as our backup to backup bigs suck. LFG!!!!!

This is the audition for our role players, they can't afford to do what Keldon has been doing so far. Time to execute the way they did without Wemby during the regular season.

Man, this is the first time I wish we had one of those ridiculous 3-day break between games in the first round.

Opportunity for our guys to show what they’re made of in front of the home crowd tbh. It’s sink or swim here. Gotta step up.

On the other side, the Spurs not having a playable 3rd string Center continues to haunt us… smh.

Champagnie has hit big shots and you think a first PF is needed smh
Need a traditional big aside from Kornet tbh. Whether that’s a starter or a bench guy (more likely).

It’s infruriating that I contribute as much as Olynyk/Plumlee/Biyombo in the actual game.

Must win 2nd half today. The team is getting baptized in the playoffs fire tonight. If they win this one under these circumstances it's a big momentum builder.

For Wemby nobody knows. All depends on how long he shows symptoms. If by thursday he's not showing symptoms he'll play game 3. So no one can have any way to know what will happen, even Wemby himself.

I would be thrilled if the Spurs could get him back for at least game 4. If they can somehow win tonight then they could wait as long as even game 5.

well, there's 2 days off between today and game 3. if we can pull this one off at home, gives us a good cushion to work with
