Game Thread Playoffs Round 1, Game 1: Spurs vs Blazers (0-0) (Sun 04/19/2026) [8:00 CDT]

Need to attack inside and no hero ball 2nd half. I get it Wemby hit a couple of incredible shots but low percentage.

Yeah, I saw it, but the player put his arm on him. The first offense was the foul. The fact that Castle hooked him after the contact is irrelevant. If you think it's egregious, call him for a technical, but it's after the play. The play was the foul. It's dead ball after that.

It's equally as stupid as calling Victor for that foul after he made the block. The contact was after the play. It didn't matter. It never matters. Only to this crew does that shit matter. You're living in a completely different world right now from rational basketball rules.
The fucking idiot ref said Jrue’s arm contact was marginal lmao

The foul, if any, was Holiday hitting Castle with his knee.

There really wasn't any foul, tbh. It was all playoff basketball. I guarantee the refs saw the hook in the replay after seeing the knee contact was incidental and went with that instead.

Who the fuck decided Carmelo Anthony was gonna be a good in-studio guy? He doesn't even know how to fucking dress.

I agree 100%. They're little bitches about getting reversed on their calls, so they'll stick to their guns even when they're completely wrong.

What's wrong with Harper? I'm not buying that this moment is too big for him, it's freakin Portland.

Tmac acting like the Spurs are the underdogs in this series smh

Nothing funnier than having career losers talk about what it takes to win championships.
