NBA Official 2026 NBA Playoffs Thread

As weird it sounds In not looking forward to playing the Wolves. Spurs are the favorites to win the series against them but they are a very annoying bunch and has a lot of size compared to the Spurs.
Im not sure we would overcome the Nuggets good Sir
this is the best outcome for us

What in the fuck? Turned on the game a couple of minutes ago and it was 108-98 with 44 seconds left. Gobert and McDaniels are unreal defenders but no one could reasonably expect they'd take down a former champ minus Ant and Donte. Love McDaniels but expect I'll be hating his ass next series. Always expected he was a star in the making and now we're seeing exactly that. On to round motherfucking two.

Biggest series legacy hit on a superstar player (Jokic) since Lebron's 2011 Finals. Never thought he would be reduced to a mental midget. He got punked, tbh

this version of Minnesota is frankly a tougher version of Portland. With healthy Ant and Donte it would be a different story.

Could see them emulating portlands approach.

Randle on wemby, Gobert on castle, and mcdaniels on fox
On the other side, Wemby free roaming off of Gobert will block all lanes that they had against Denver's "defense".

This is a terrible loss for Denver. Like "fire your HC and make some other major changes" type of bad. No Ant, no Donte, no Ayo, no fat-head, and you still can't close it out. Give credit to Minnesota for being some dawgs, but this loss can't happen if you're the Nuggets.
LOL they already did that shit last year

I'm just glad your wrists have healed up to type that.

Spurs offensive attack is also more diverse than Denver which is basically just spam the Murray/Joker 2 man game.

If we can avoid getting killed on the boards, I think we create a lot of problems for them tbh

Adelman is awful, but Chris Finch is top 5 coach in this league right now. The playoffs track record speaks for itself. The way this Wolves play hard for him is just admirable.
