NBA Official 2026 NBA Playoffs Thread

Miles Bridges having a really rough half. 0/4 from 3 with 3 TO's and he's lost his man multiple times on defense for easy baskets.
 
Charlotte making Orlando look way better than they actually are. Need to cut this closer to 15 or so before halftime but their possessions have been terrible.
 
This game is either going to be a total snoozefest or the greatest comeback in play-in history.
 
This is a franchise obliterating game. Miami fans must be pissed as hell, Melo taking out Bam and then they lay a bomb like this in the next game. Can't even score 35 points in a half so far.
 
There was a time when Charlotte looked like one of the best teams in the NBA. Now they won't even make the playoffs.

Contrast that with Atlanta....................

Not to this extent. He was still facilitating and defending well..Kon fell off from 20 ppg on Curry efficiency to single digit scorer who is borderline unplayable because he brings nothing else to the table (his last 3 weeks has been rough if not as bad as these two play-in games)
 
I really believe (still) that CHA needs to test the waters on getting rid of Melo. He's just so stupid as a player, there's nowhere to go with him. I feel like their system and some smarter players must have held things in check this year, but they need to get serious.
 
Knueppel had the better season than Flagg. Flagg will be better career-wise, but Kon was clearly ROY.

They were delayed because of the Luka ruling, and think we’re going out last night/today. So possible, you’re right, they were submitted today before this game, but not before the last Kon stinker.
 
Kon’s meltdown is something. It’s going to be with him all offseason. It’ll be interesting to see how he responds.
 
In other news Detroit’s coach gets COTY. I have to say due to getting that 1st seed. Mitch was deserving of that honor!

Just in the interest of due dillegence i was considering mid season what would a Lamelo Balls on the Spurs look like.
Now that he is a certified toxic juvenile narcist, i can only hope he gets some kind of mental health therapy.
Would not touch now.
But to your point, would be ineresting to see how little Charlotte would take to move on from him and if ANY team could work with him becoming a non douche. I always try to remember who is father is. Not that he can stay stuck in that excuse forever.

Just tuned in about 5 game minutes ago and Orlando is absolutely neutering Balls and the Hornets.
