Been to the WCF twice, including after defeating the at-the-time defending champs in game 7 on their homecourt tbh.
He's definitely not done nothing. Getting to the WCF twice is no joke, especially when Minnesota have only done it once before in their franchise history (Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but 2004 was the only other time they made it there I think?)

lol, that is not good. Why didn't they wait a year or two before handing out a 6 year extension. Jumped the gun a bit there IMO.

Nuggets, Rockets, T-Wolves, Lakers, OKC all won today

Spurs will drop to 5th seed if they do not win the next game

no they won't, they would drop to 4th. There's a 3 game cushion between the 4th and the 5th seed
There's also the small detail that those other teams need to win their games as well...

Next up for the rest of the West Gauntlet:

Wednesday:

DEN @ DAL

Thursday:

PHX @ DET
OKC @ HOU
CHA @ LAL
MIL @ SAS

Friday:

MIN @ HOU

Saturday:

PHX @ NYC
MIN @ SAS
WAS @ DEN
LAL @ POR

Denver definitely has the easiest time of the bunch. Wolves have to face us on the second leg of a back to back, but that didn't stop them last time.

If the Spurs are serious about making a run they need to win 7 out of the next 9 tbh. Think they go 5-4/4-5 myself unfortunately.

T'Pups - W
Jazz - W
At Rockets - L
At Jazz - L
Pelicans - W
Rockets - W
At Hornets - L
Magic - W
Thunder - L (could go either way imo)

Spurs slip to 3rd with the Nuggets win. Pretty annoying that we allowed the Jokic less Nuggets to pass us in the standings but here we are.
Man, the second seed was served up on a platter for us but we made a mess of it. These 3 Ls in particular were simply inexcusable (by rank).

1- Jazz L (at home vs a tanking team on B2B getting eviscerated by 50, 30 in multiple times since we met them)
2- Grizzlies L (JV, G-league squad)
3-Wolves L (getting up +16 twice in a game and still choking it out)

Timberwolves play in Houston tomorrow, no excuses for our guys on Saturday.
If we don't beat them this time, i feel this match-up may have taken a mental/psychological dimension. Wolves are 13-4 in their last 17 games against us (8-2 since Wemby got drafted). The last thing I want to see is that prick Ant taking ownership of our franchise and flaunting his deed..

Ant’s sitting out against Houston, which means he’ll probably be playing against the Spurs

Jazz loss was expected tbh. Game was a let-down game and they're a legit bad matchup for Wemby and the Spurs. Hopefully they don't land Dybantsa or Peterson, otherwise they could be a thorn in the Spurs' side for a while.
