Will the Spurs get HCA in the '25-26 Playoffs?

Just saw Cooper had 51 points the other day, plus he had the 49 point game earlier in the season. That's wild for a teenager putting up those numbers in an NBA game.

The kid is looking very, very legit (not that I ever thought he wasn't).
Ugh he had to go West. Watch Utah and Dallas both get top 3 picks this year too.

Cooper Flagg 45 pts.. My GOD if we had him Spurs are winning 74 games TBH..

He’s not going to play like that or get stats like that in san antonio. He’s gonna get load managed. Also spurs already have enough scorers loke wemby fox and castle. Look what happened to harper.

Lakers are beyond done tbh. Hopefully the Rockets can find a way to grind out a couple of wins against MethKC in the second round.

Wolves are tanking to stay at 6th spot. They feel they can beat nuggets/lakers in the 1st round then Spur in the 2nd round.

Nuggets with their newfound depth this season match up much better with the T'Pups than years prior imo. Should still be a fun series.

I don't ever really follow college basketball, but I followed Cooper and was hoping we could someone get that number 1 pick. Before the draft I would have been ecstatic with a top 4 pick, but when the Spurs got into the top 4, I was really happy, but then when the 4th and 3rd picks were announced I got too excited and knew Dallas had lower odds to get him, so I let myself celebrate for a second and then we get the 2nd pick. Freaking stung as I let myself think we had it before it was announced. I didn't know nothing about D-Harp at the time, though, so I am glad D-Harp is in the same ball park as him as a prospect/talent.

Anyway, back to your point that Dallas got him, I fucking hate Dallas and can't watch him play. I wanted to watch him this season and I tried to at the start, but I just can't stand the Mavericks at all. I want him to win and do well, but can't ever root for Dallas to get any wins. I wish he went to a different team, especially one in the East. I probably would have watched almost all his games if he wasn't at Dallas.

Edit : Darn, follows up the 51 with 45 points. Still closer to 19 years old than 20. Amazing what he's showing against legit NBA players at this age. Just read only rookie since Wilt Chamberlin to score back to back 45+ point games.

As great as Curry still is, this Dubs team is too depleted to win more than a game in the play-in imo.

Thought that was pretty ball hoggy forced last shot by Curry. As fab as he was in the last 3 minutes.

Good play and execution by Ime with the Durbeta to Seplen pass.
Podz fouled Seplen to boot so I'm glad the no call was not a factor.

And to think we were one number away from having both Harper and Flagg... :st-lol:

JJ Thibs talking about extending the season and that Luka is seeking way to come back as early as possible. :st-lmao:

If I were Denver playing an injury-riddled Lakers in 4-5 seed match-up >> Wolves in 3-6 seed match-up. That should be a no brainer, tbh. A guaranteed series win >> a toss-up physical series so you can POSSIBLY avoid Thunder till WCF.

Well, the "issue" is that the Nuggets have the h2h over the Rockets and that if they're to drop below them, they'd basically have to shut everyone down. And Jokic needs to play 3 more games to reach 65.

I haven't watched the Timberwolves game, but what's going on with Edwards? Is it some more malpractice by medical staff, letting him play injured?
26 minutes in a close game, 3-15 FG.
