Detroit is sitting everybody tbh :st-lol:
Pistons are resting duren, Ausar, Robinson, Tobias tomorrow.

OKC locked it up
Wtf. Why are they sitting everyone if OKC is the team coming off of the btb and Detroit had the previous day off? Doesn't make sense. F#@k Detroit.

Edit: Against anyone else, I'd be OK with seeing them lose another game as that would help for having HCA in the finals against all EC teams, but does anyone think the Detroit will actually make it there. It's very weird seeing them as the number 1 seed and not feeling like they're the best team in the East. Maybe outside of Boston (who were missing Tatum most of the season), the EC just isn't that good? Then again, maybe those losses against the Spurs did a bit of a number on them.

I don't really care about the 1 seed but any OKC win is super annoying.
It's more annoying how the Knicks come out looking like the 96 Bulls against us, but then put up these pathetic performances against other contenders. Like what they say fuck us for?

It's possible they're more concerned with what's best for their team than helping the Spurs get HCA tbh :st-lol:

It's hokey and call it copium for missing out on the 1 seed but I really don't want this team catching any "breaks" in the postseason. Yes, you need luck to win a championship but I don't want them lucking into one if that makes sense.

They might not ring this year but facing as much adversity as possible will only help them in the long run tbh.

Of course, but are they really that banged up? I haven't followed them. If they've had the day off, I don't see why they're resting players. Are those players legit injured? I don't think all of them would be and could probably play if they had to. I guess I shouldn't comment on other teams and they can rest players if they want to. Not sure if the game is on national TV, but it's a matchup of two tops teams that you'd think fans would want to see a good competitive game.

I'm not sure. But they weren't winning this game on the road without Cade either way so I wouldn't sweat it. They've already done us a solid this year by beating OKC tbh.

yeah this game was a lost cause anyway. Not sure why folks are bothering. The only 2 potential OKC losses are coming from either one of the two Lakers games (Luka "MVP" statement game) or Denver (Nuggets "are due" after 2 straight heartbreaks Ls). That's it.

They have a ton of shooters that wreck the Spurs defense which is based on having Wemby guard the paint. They're not that good a team overall, they just have a roster that's great at limiting the Spurs greatest strength.

Was really hoping the Knicks would win that one yesterday as it's hard to see the Spurs winning out with two Denver games, one of which is the Spurs third game in four nights, plus a Warriors + Clippers road back to back.

Sorry man if SGA catches AIDS and has to miss the WCF I'm not gonna be the slightest bit disappointed.

Stern needs to fine the Pistons. Substantial sanctions. $250K per player plus dock a draft pick. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. And the Pistons don't have an excuse either, because they didn't play a game tonight, so no back-to-back.

F the Piss-tons. Forever and always.
I know that you’re kind of stuck in the past, but not only is David Stern no longer NBA commissioner, he’s actually dead.

That's a reference to that game in December 2012 of the 2012-13 season

At Heatles and we almost won anyway

The bottom line is if the NBA is going to be letting this shit go, they need to pay us back our $250K from then plus major interest and penalties. Probably over $14M by IRS calculations.

Pistons on their way to getting facefucked, -7 1Q. Fuck them I’m glad Cade isn’t getting first team and I hope they lose in the first round
