What's the reasoning?
Nuggets could still get the two seed since they play the Spurs two more times and have an insanely easy schedule the rest of the way. Spurs do as well but there's 4-5 tough games left for them outside the Nuggets games that could make things dicey.

We are legit the clear-cut second-best team in the West..Only youth & inexperience militate against us..

Nah, they weren't catching us even if they would have won tonight. I'm only interested on Denver falling in OKC's side of the bracket, tbh.

I don't know if tonight's result helps that case or not.

Stop, Robz :st-lol:

I just want the Lakers on our side of the bracket because they are the biggest frauds of the 1-6 seeds tbh. Hilarious choke by the Nuggets.

If the Nuggets are healthy from here on out they could run the table tbh. Their schedule is extremely home heavy and easy. Their most difficult game remaining (at home against the Spurs) they'll of had two days off while the Spurs will be playing their third game in four nights.
Spurs-Nuggets also play the final day of the season in San Antonio. Gotta think if there is any chance of pushing Denver into OKC's side of the bracket the Spurs will be trying accomplish that. Unless it would push Minnesota into our side of the bracket, then I'd have to wonder who the Spurs would rather have on their side.

I think they’d rather play the Wolves but it’d be close tbh

Lakers might still end up in the 7th spot tbh. They have the hardest schedule left of anyone in that 3-7 range.

I think I'd be trying to get Denver. I know they have won a title, took OKC to seven, and Jokic is the best bigman since Tim, but Minnesota's shooting scares the living shit out of me. Especially Ant's.

Yeah, it's close and could see that argument. But the tiebreaker for me is Jokic > Ant and Murray > Randle.

You need to have an elite offense to take down the Spurs and Denver is best in the league tbh.
