Will the Spurs get HCA in the '25-26 Playoffs?

One technicality about that, the championship title Spurs teams typically had their highest win percentage IN March, not after March, including 1999, 2003, 2007, and 2014. 2005 was the exception because of Duncan's 15-game injury. 2012 was a similar year to the traditional Spurs championship runs but that one didn't end up in a championship.

Comes down to SGA and JDub's injuries imo. Spurs got a brutal schedule coming up.

I remember in 2003 when the Spurs would go like 9-1 in extremely brutal 10 game stretches in the back half of the season when they'd go like 5-5 in cakewalk 10 game stretches early in the season with losing to the 13-69 Hawks, 37-45 Knicks, 17-65 Nuggets, 27-55 Clippers, 28-54 Grizzlies, teams like that.

Exactly. I believe it's after rrt we peak so I think its spurs peak after March 1st

OKC has an even tougher schedule
True, which is why it comes down to SGA and JDub's injury situation. Also, the Spurs' schedule is misleading since several teams they play are playing better than their current records tbh (Clippers, Sixers, Hornets).

Clippers come back and win it after Murray misses a FT with 0.9 seconds left. Wild. Helps give us more breathing room while also helping our draft positioning. Thanks Clips.

Clippers doing us solid both for seeding and the future pick owed to OKC (that's looking like 15th-16th pick instead of a top 4 couple months ago). Not worried about Denver catching us anymore.

we play denver 3 more times, so a lot can happen

helpful choke at the line by murray...gives us more cushion against the nugs. now if only the rox had lost

They are too banged up to make up a 5-game gap unless we get the injury bug ourselves. Also very clearly Jokic got rushed back 2-3 weeks too soon. He's looked sloppy and listless for his standards so far.

Very underrated pickup for them tbh.
Was afraid Clippers were going to fall off after those trades, but looks they might even catch the Dubs for 8th seed with Curry's old man knee atrophy kicking in. I don't think people realize how lucky we and rest of league are with Kawhi choosing to stay the healthiest he's been in a decade this season along with Adam Silver holding off on dropping the hammer for this long..Presti must be livid; only a couple of months ago he thought he was getting a top 4 pick in this massive draft..:st-lol:
