Player The blessed howl's moving Castle of Stephon Javonte

I was telling some NBA scout on here that Castle is our PG of now and the future. Unfortunately they were trying to move him over for Harper, when there's absolutely no need to. After Fox is moved in a few years, look for Harper to play the SG or SF position. We have a bonafide superstar in the making already at PG.

It'll likely be Castle-Harper and neither as the main ball-handler. The team wants multiple points of entry and I think they'll be moving them around a ton in halfcourt sets.

T-Mac used to do some crazy moves like that. Prime T-Mac on the Magic that is.

Pretty much. I have a hard time imagining either of them being a full-time, super ball-dominant type PG. Both of them will get plenty of opportunities and if they both continue to develop their shot like they’ve done thus far it should work out wonderfully.

This is what i want as a strategy. Don't like the pigeon hole this guy is Point, this guy is ___.
+ in NBA games the ball gets tipped but not stolen a lot. Sometimes anyone can end up with the ball and 8 seconds on the shot clock. Guess what, you are now Point guard, point PF, point Center. I like teams that have flexible players. It should ALL be practiced.

I feel like he knows Lopez is too big to swipe it, and senses that he's a bit further away, too far to get at it. Showing the ball like this fully indicates that he's intending to go back toward half court, meaning he doesn't have to fully lean to pretend to go that direction. It's also kind of stunning Lopez, who might have momentarily saw it in front of him. He did it to fully get rid of Lopez in a way that a smaller defender might have been more difficult. I also feel like if he just shifted top of the key, Lopez would have hedged and just stayed where he was. Instead he fully bit on it.

His torso being forward when he’s doing that move is key to tricking the player defending him into thinking he’s going in that direction. He looks further away than he is by doing that move therefore if i’m a defender, i’m committing more to chasing him there.

It baits the defender into going for the reach (that BroLo went for in the clip), then once you've got them, it's an easy recover to the basket with the defender out of place to contest.

I was expecting Castle to go up-and-under to use the rim as protection, but hey, whatever works :st-lol:
 
Funny to imagine Castle getting hyped over Naruto. But it just makes me like him even more.

Even more hilarious is Fox nerding out over DBZ, the man is an actual married adult.

its also weird since the main DBZ run in the US was from 1999-2003 and Fox is born in 1997, so its not like he was nerding out when it was at its biggest hype

although i'd go so far to say that the youtube TeamFourStar abridged parody is better than the original show, and that ran from 2008 thru 2018
 
Tbh I was never much into anime when I was a kid sans DBZ but in the last couple of years I've started watching it more and I've been missing out. Anime has a negative stigma because of sweaty nerds but some of its actually pretty fucking good

Haha, yeah I guess a lot of people from his generation and earlier really love the show. I only saw the original Dragon Ball series and nothing beyond that so I honestly wouldn't know. I love animation including some likely questionable stuff so who am I to judge.
