This is one of the reasons I loved Steph last year. After the first couple of weeks of the season, he was already close to Victor as my favourite player/s on the team. His aggression, fearless play is what won me over very early. He keeps playing no matter what the score is (I can't even say Victor does that all the time). I just want so bad for him to get that 3 point shot worked out. Not for me, not for the team, but for Steph himself, because of all the hard work he puts in (he really wants it, and wants to be great), he deserves it IMO.I was saying last year that Castle seemed more aggressive and whatnot.
Now if only he could start hitting some 3s.
I agree, he reminds me a ton of Mario Elli.
He may not be the most talented player out there but he has that fire, toughness and will that makes him a huge stand out and a game changer
As much as I'm rooting for a Steph's leap -- and he is blowing up before our eyes -- this won't be a good look for Fox if Castle usurps him so soon in team hierarchy before even that fat max kicks in.. Needs to level up fast before the whispers get loud.
Jimmy doesn’t have the same ball handling skills, vision and passing, and POA defensive tenacity as Castle. IMO, they are so different.Love Castle. He gives me Jimmy Butler vibes without the malcontent attitude. He is a dog, gets to the line at will, excellent rebounder, & great defender. It’s only three games, but he has cut down on turnovers and I believe he will solve his three-point shooting.
Kevin O'Connor had a guest on the show a couple of days back who described Castle as a cross between Butler and Jrue Hollday. I think that's a pretty decent comp. if Castle can just develop that three, he'll be lethal.Jimmy doesn’t have the same ball handling skills, vision and passing, and POA defensive tenacity as Castle. Some of us have been saying this for a year now.Kevin O'Connor had a guest on the show a couple of days back who described Castle as a cross between Butler and Jrue Hollday.
