Game Thread Spurs (48-18) vs Hornets (34-33) (Sat 3/14/2026) [2:30PM CDT]

Was there a specific injury that we saw against Boston or was it just a next day he was sore sort of thing?

ohhh, a prime time game for me. that is good but we suck at day games so I can only hope for the best. Fingers crossed for Wemby and Harper.

:st-flag: :st-flag: :st-flag:

Am I correct in thinking that today’s game will be at 3:30 because the same venue will be used for the ACC championship game (Duke vs Virginia) later in the evening?

The Spurs game is in San Antonio and not Charlotte.

Damn, Wembys gonna be the most dominate defensive player to never win the DPOY award

Damn. When will I ever realize my life-long dream of starting a game thread at Baseline Bums/Spurstalk?
I say this without the slightest trace of irony...
I mean, I am not being ironic saying that either.
I was in the same boat as you, and laid out a plan: pick one of the "safest" games remaining left on the schedule, so that your chances of starting with the right foot are high as can be.

Choosing the Nets was a great start for me..... Only for the Spurs to completely shit the bed against the Knicks on the very next game and end their 11-game win streak :st-lol: of course. But the plan worked, and I'm .500 on the season - plenty good to never do that shit again, tbh lol
