I love the team as a whole and we are rooting for team success at the end of the day but are we really serious about this team contending a la the 2014 Beautiful Game Spurs? With not one player getting a superstar's shot diet and everyone being as egalitarian as possible on offense?
Seriously? That 2014 team had seasoned vets with a ton of championship experience and a well-placed system. That was why it worked.
This team parroting "we don't care who scores" and acting like they don't need to feed their superstar (f they even think of Vic as that) is not quite the recipe for ultimately winning it all, IMHO. FFS

I havent figured out if its coaching, wemby trying to let others get involved or the team just ignoring him. Either way it always drives me nuts that we got long stretches without getting him involved.

Most of us groaned at Mitch being given the head coaching job (I was one too) but none of us expected him to get Coach of the month honors. I know he’s working with a lot of talent but it’s clear the players respect him and he’s still very much a competent coach. I hope he will still have some tricks up his sleeve for the playoffs.

He was at least adamant not to give Sochan minutes if he’s not earning it.

I don't even care that much about his "superstar" numbers. I just don't think we can win without having that ONE reliable number 1 option on offense. And he has been relegated to just being .... one of the guys.
