Game Thread Spurs (38-16) vs Suns (32-23) (Thu 02/19/26) [7:30 PM CST]

So say what you want about the coaching staff, say what you want about the lineups, but leaving Castle in the game with five fouls, even with FOUR fouls for that matter was a BDE move.

Did he get injured?
Didn't see any contact. He didn't seem to be in any discomfort. He just went to the locker room and then they reported it was his hip. The spurs were putting it on them pretty early, so they may have just decided to end his night.

Stupid question maybe but does this count as a road win or a home game? Lol. Apparently we’re in the midst of the RRT but I may have heard wrong.

These wire to wire blowout wins where we don’t give up inexplicable comebacks had been hard to come by even against the shittiest teams in the league
Agree. Though an NBA team is an NBA team. They're full of elite athletes who can score a lot of points. And when they got nothing to lose and just play with no fear, they can come back on anyone. Learning to close out NBA teams is a skill that young teams have to develop. This was a great sign of progress.
