Game Thread Spurs (38-16) vs Suns (32-23) (Thu 02/19/26) [7:30 PM CST]

Has anyone heard about FanDuel going forward. The next several games they don't seem to be broadcasting. I'd like to cancel my subscription if they aren't broadcasting future games.

See they are listed for a couple games next week, so....??

I read that they are shutting down operations at the end of the season

If you're out of town and watching League Pass (like me), get used to watching the opposing team's broadcast.

I gotta admit, I'm surprised these guys are carrying their own bags. Don't get me wrong, I think that's great, shows that they're not being treated like royalty or anything. But it was surprising to me.

I think some team make their rookies carry the bags.

Treated like royalty aside, it might make sense for other people to carry the bag for them and other mundane stuff tbh.

I remember Steve Nash ended his career with the Lakers after spraining his back due to carrying heavy bags. Larry Bird also worsen his chronic back injury by shovelling snow at his mother house (or his house).

Most San Antonians hate it tbh, although I think it's mostly because they felt threatened by the idea of the Spurs relocating to Austin. The new Arena being approved in November has definitely helped calm some of those concerns though. I personally don't mind it at all for that reason.
Claiming Austin- one of the fastest growing city in the US and an emerging tech hub-- is a sound business strategy for the Spurs, tbh. I wouldn't be surprised if they add another game or two in the future.. Massive opportunities in a 1.1 million pop city that's just 80 miles away

Would prefer the Suns having all hands on deck. Potential first round matchup and it would be nice to watch that the Suns do not have our number. I know we missed guys when we played them but still.
