Game Thread Spurs (33-16) vs Thunder (40-11) (Wed 2/04/26) [8:30 PM CST]

Love how this thread reached more than 10 pages before the game even started.

Also, Spurs are fully healthy and playing on a day of rest while OKC is playing without SGA and on the second night of a back-to-back (and third game in four nights). If the Spurs don't win this game, it will say a lot about where they stand relative to the Thunder right now.

Takes like this baffle me.

Why wouldn't their 3-1 record in the first four games say more about how they stand relative to the Thunder than a single game fluke loss against their scrubs?

ESPN chud rightfully calling Wemby out for trying to be too fucking fancy and not doing the simple stuff

I swear, that's so true. This dude is too cerebral for his own good. He overthinks so damn much. Tall guy dunk ball. That's it. Just do that and you'll literally be the greatest player of all time. Keep overthinking, and you'll end up like Austin Daye.

This team is a mirror image of Wemby. He clearly doesn't have laser-like focus all time and definitely takes plays off when not feeling urgency or threat

This is a joke man, we can’t win a single easy game wire to wire I don’t get it. There’s nobody fucking playing in the thunder team and we still can’t pull away. Bench completely empty and they still putting more effort in

Wemby ran his mouth saying Joker isn't the best player, and he is? If he had a quarter of Joker's BBIQ, Wemby would be averaging 2,000,000 PPG 500k blocks. This eclair-eating yapper overthinks more than a teenager.

I would call a timeout anytime one of ours shoots a wide open 3 and sit him down until they all understand to fuckin put it in the paint.
Been an easy bucket at the rim when they run a PnR or Fox drives but they keep passing out.

Stanley Umede wondering what he did to these guys to decide to play like hoes and deny him some NBA playing time
