I still remember when David Stern fined the Spurs $250K for sending Tim, Tony, Manu, and Danny Green home on their private plane right before the NBA's primetime Spurs-Heat matchup in Miami lol. Then the Spurs almost won the game anyways with a starting lineup of Patty Mills, Matt Bonner, Tiago Splitter, Boris Diaw, and Nando DeColo . Gary Neal had a big game off the bench too IIRC. Good times.

My favorite thing about that game was how bad it made Stern look. Their Thursday night games had been dogs for quite a while, and we gave them one of the best in memory, short handed, and fined $250K by Stern.

The more I think about it, the more disgusted I am about OKC. Ok, I can understand SGA, but the rest .

We played in Charlotte, it was going to be a short turnaround anyways. Left after gm and were parked on tarmac for 2+ hours. Flight cancelled due to snow. They had to find an alternative hotel as the Knicks grabbed their rooms. Then 10 am flight and it was diverted. They got back to SA around 4 hrs before the tip. Everyone played except Castle who sat the Hornets’ game.
