Both teams on the second night of a back to back. How many minutes will Wemby be allowed to play?

IMO, this is a must win.

If Mitch loses to this Lakers team at this point in time, just fire him. I know it won’t happen, but for the love of all that’s good in the world, he should be.

I know the most of Spurs players are young. But the Spurs culture of treating everyone like a TOSB is already ingrained in Spurs DNA since the big 3 era.

Maybe the young players also started to believe that they are TOSB and that mindset make them never perform to their fullest potential.

LAL by 8 and Luka dropping 45 on us

Sucks to spend all that energy the night before just to throw away the game because of dumb coaching decisions. At least we’re back home for this one.

Don’t like putting too much weight on one game, but this one is huge. Our guards better get their heads out of their asses and attack their weak defense, Mitch better get his head out of his ass with this no-flexibility minutes restriction, and for the love of god can someone not named Julian shoot over 12% for 3 ffs

Lakers by 10 tbh.
Won't be shocked if it is a humiliating blowout on National TV. Seems like this team from coach to players (Wemby & Kornet being the exception) have had their confidence shaken after absorbing the first trully bad loss of the season (Jazz).

lol 6th seed T-Wolves is just 1.5 games behind us.

Maybe soon we will be on pace with our "real" expectation for this season which is the 6th seed.

Which at the end is still great, we have increased a lot our expectations but if you had told me we would be even 6th beginning of January I would have signed immediately.

I'm not sure I want us to win this game, everyone needs to be taught a lesson that they can't be half-assing it against tanking teams just because they beat OKC a couple of times.
We're all about playing the right way, beating the Knicks/Lakers and losing to Jazz/Blazers/Grizzlies isn't something you want to make a habit of.

With that said, fuck the Lakers.

Maybe the embarrassing MEM L is what we need to wake us up during the doldrums of January.

Looking at our 3 PGs and Barnes to respond tonight. All 4 have been playing like dog poo. Especially Castle.
