Game Thread Spurs (21-7) vs Thunder (26-3) (Tue 12/23/25) [7:30 PM CDT]

Chet is one of the most overrated player in the league.

He's good but mostly shines off ball/opened on O and on help defense, he gets crushed 1v1 on both ends

I get why Wemby is mad at being compared at this dude tbh
What was telling was when he had Keldon under the rim and he still couldn't stop his layup and even got hit in the face. Wemby would have contested that.

Hang it in the Louvre.

Wemby and him were alike morphologically in their rookie season, look at their arms now, Chet is the same when Weemby clearly has bulked.

Off topic/ It's one of the reasons I feel Spurs are doing too much with Wemby, Chet already broke his foot and his hip (iircc) in his short career but isn't treated like a porcelain doll or viewed as injury prone like Wemby who literally had no real injury smh
But I'm the boomer who don't get it...

Can we get him😁
Hell no. Draymond is the type of player whose ego has grown so big (4 rings) that he would just mess up the team chemistry.

GSW might have 3 more rings now if not for his ethics. Driving away KD, punching LeBum in the nuts in 2016 Finals, punching Poole after the 2022 championship and countless dirty fouls on opposing players.

He lucked out that Curry play well off him and he has been milking it since day 1

Can't wait to read all the pundit articles tomorrow. Despite our record and recent play, I still think people haven't been taking the Spurs seriously. Might not be full contenders yet but possible deep run spoilers.
Simmons and Lowe love this team

whats gotta be deflating for OKC is Wembys not even playing 30+ mins and he didnt even go off tonight. The 3-headed monster guards we have are causing them match up problems. Glad to see Barnes had a good game tonight. cant say enough about KJ and his role off the bench
