I was in the upper deck at the Warriors game and didn’t make any attempts to get autographs (nor do I have any Curry cards for him to sign either way).
I’ve been liquidating a lot of stuff because I’m concerned about what Topps and PSA are doing to the industry… cashed in a pretty significant amount in the last few months and now am only sitting on Spurs stuff and a collection of Wemby cards.
But with that said… Wemby prices have skyrocketed. His Silver Prizm RC in a PSA 10 was trading for around $700 for a long time… now it is going for $2800 and most buy-it-now listings are closer to $3500-4000. I only have one of those at this point (traded some others for other Wemby cards)… wish I had stocked up on that card while it was dirt cheap (relatively speaking).
A couple of the Wemby cards I posted in the OP (the Cosmic and the Deca) are very rare (less than 25 PSA 10 examples of each) and even the Courtside silver is relatively rare (only 329 PSA 10s). I’m torn on whether to cash in now or stay along for the GOAT trajectory.
