Spurs are basically spotting the Blazers a game by not playing Victor. I get not playing him if he didn't pass the concussion protocol but if he did then this is stupid decision. You never spot teams a game in the playoffs because you never know if that game serves as a springboard to lose the series.

Blazers are going to pounce on the Spurs from the get go knowing this is must win game for them if the rumors are true that Victor will play game 4. They know they have to win this game and will go all out to get it.

Spurs or/medical staff does not care even if its a must win playoff game.
