I don't think either of these teams would beat the Blazers in less than 7 games, tbh.

Cade has Harden/Luka workload on offense, but also plays defense. He's inefficent at times, but can't ask for more from a player who's basically the only legit threat. Pistons need to get him more actual help.

Vegas odds are determined by who's betting and the number of bets. Are you surprised that there are more Lakers fans than there are Timber Walfs fans?
there are more Laker fans than OKC fans too yet OKC is favored to win. This is not serious analysis

Yeah, no one in the East beats Portland.

Vegas sets a line and then betters determine where the line goes from there. Honestly, if you're not smart enough to understand this shit and you don't want to listen to people who try to explain it to you, then you should just shut up.

I understand it just fine thanks

The lakers having more fans than wolves is not a good explanation for why one team has better odds than the other to advance.

For one thing, betters aren’t just fans of the one team involved.

And if fans of a team delusionally bet on unwarranted success which adjusts the line, then sharps would just bet the other way and even it out

Hypothetical question - Would you trade for any Magic players, just to have matching salaries to make it happen ?

Tobias Harris having the biggest game of his career at just the right time. 30 pts on 62% shooting.
And acting the badass.
Can't wait to see what happens if he runs into the Spurs vs some EC patsy / injury riddled team.

Nice shooting nonetheless.

My takeaway from all these teams who won a single title and now now are losing in the first round... basically it's really hard to keep your championship team together because of salary as far as I can tell. Flipping that around in regards to the Spurs team, our first title window is right now until everyone starts needing the next contract.

Not a ground breaking insight or anything but it's good to acknowledge our moment.
