NBA Official 2026 NBA Playoffs Thread

Wolves are going to get backdoor swept tbh. Damn shame about the injuries, wolves we're clearly in control of this series smh

It’s all about taking this 1st punch. If Denver sees that Minnesota is still hanging around after 3 quarters they’re gonna get really tight

Wolves fighting hard but making some dumb/lazy mistakes as well. Need to clean that shit up if they're gonna finish this without Ant & Donte.

Randle has really worked out well with the identity of this team. Everyone thought that that trade was an L for minnesota initially (Donte is nice too)

I know it's a bad series but they are still the defending champions with the probable MVP of the league, and the Thunder are still relegated to the Ocho network while Pistons-Magic and Nuggets-Wolves get prime time.
Crazy but it took Spurs 20 years to earn the right. OKC got a long slog ahead of them.

Like I said, after this season's fiasco i'm sure he will cut it out with the burner accounts. Also, he would be joining a 60+ wins team with a clear alpha, and he's 40 years old. He's a psycho if he doesn't fall in line.

And truth be told, as long as his burners don't get leaked, he seems like a good enough locker room presence. He always said the right things when Westbrook used to sabotage OKC from within, and with the Rockets he had no problems untill his comments got leaked. His only true locker room beef was with Draymond, and we all know Green has problems with everyone.
He didn’t even support his teammates during the playoffs after Twittergate. What makes you think he was humbled.

Again, that shouldn't be a consideration. It's a very black and white rule. He either violated the rule and he's suspended, or he didn't, and he's not. Nothing else fucking matters.
Agreed. The league is a joke league now as it just arbitrarily changes the criteria and the punishments as it sees fit. If the league does not have clear rules, then the league can then suspend players the next time a similar situation happens.

Teams and players cannot operate under what the league feels like, or even what I think the league would do. The rule was in place to stop teams from making the situation out of control (managing 10 giants is easier than managing 30 giants) and more importantly to protect players. Gobert, plus a number of other players clearly left the bench and was in the middle of the area where the fight took place. It’s a no brainer.

The situation was more chaotic, multiple players unnecessarily put themselves in harms way. So what is the rule for again?
