Sounds like Harden is still in his PRIME I said...

Ooof. That's one of the worst stats I think I've ever seen. I'm curious how he's gonna be remembered. Dude had some of the most impressive offensive seasons I've ever seen by anyone, but never won anything.

If they had just managed to hit a few threes long ago against the Warriors, maybe the conversation about Harden is completely different. But even setting that aside as an aberration... it hasn't been very good has it?

I also wonder about how Durant and Westbrook will be remembered (or not) down the road. (BTW everyone comparing Steph Castle to Westbrook is trippin')

Idc wolves and nuggs going 7 tbh. I will hope the wolves win asap. That’s probably the easiest 2nd round matchup we can get. Rather they win in 5/6 than give Denver more chances just for more fatigue.

wolves arent winning a game 7 in denver which would necessarily follow consecutive nuggets wins giving them all the confidence/momentum they need

even with game 6 being at home, imo they are more likely to win game 5 than game 6. once denver figures them out, with their depleted personnel, they're going to be cooked, home or road

Good points tbh. That said, can't discount the momentum the home crowd can give them tbh. We've seen it time and again in the postseason.

Good point. I'm also looking at Denver's Quit-meter. It seems like they're close to letting go of the rope with the first Wolves big run in the next 2 games. Minny needs a perfect storm (barrage of 3s, crowd-rousing hustle plays, gimpy Gordon "won't return to the game" tweet, Adelman having that "i'm getting fired" deer-in-the-headlights look and no one of his players gives a shit).

Still, the most likely scenario in Denver in 7 in blowout. It's been played out countless times in the playoffs and you can't ask much more of the Wolves given the cirmstances.

Wouldn't shock me if they got backdoor swept tbh. Not sure what Cleveland was thinking trading for him.
Got to think big changes in Cleveland if that happens. Either Mobley or D-Mitchell (+picks) is getting dangled for Giannis. You have to break up that soft ass core (Allen included).

You don't trade Mitchell for Giannis tbh; if anything you trade for Giannis to pair with Mitchell. Wouldn't shock me if they're one of the first teams on the phone with OKC for JDub if they decide to move off him. He might be the missing piece for Cleveland to be a certified title contender.

this is also why i think the wolves have a better chance of winning game 5 on the road than they do game 6 at home. once the nuggets win a game and bring the series to within a game, i dont think they'd quit at that point
