That DiVencenzo injury is a brutal loss for the Wolves tbh.

Obviously a DiVencenzo injury changes things, but I feel like either way we have been on a collision course with Denver. Proven championship core with arguably the GOAT offensive big man vs. young promising SA team anchored by the future GOAT defensive player.

We’re going to have to take our lumps and build experience at some point. Why not the first playoff run? We can (and should, tbh) beat Denver…so let’s get that experience under our belt before facing off against OKC.

Playoffs are proper war of attrition now. Used to be one big injury changing title outcomes once in 3 years, but these days the cumulative effects hitting role players and secondary guys impacting series results and championship odds.
