NBA Official 2026 NBA Playoffs Thread

CMB has been an absolute animal this series against Cleveland's double big lineup. I had him top 4 all of last year right up until the Spurs got the second pick and I didn't think he would fit well with Harper, but I think he's still got a decent chance of breaking into the Flagg-Harper-VJ-Kon foursome and having a top 4 career when it's all said and done.

That said, my number one draft fear last year was that he would land in OKC next to Chet for the next 10 years as IHart's long term replacement - very glad that never came to fruition.

Minnesota clicking on all cylinders right now. Up 23 in the 2nd quarter. Denver's cooked without Gordon tbh.

We needed this to be a long, grueling 6-7 game series. If AG remains out, this might be a gentleman's sweep.

CMB/Chet frontcourt with SGA anchoring that offense would’ve been an absolute nightmare.

Minny going off right now.

Denver will respond. It still will be a long series. We need to handle our business starting tomorrow night.

I don't get why I'm getting joy in watching the Knicks fail.
Coz they fucked us a few times this season and took our rightful cup championship, the bastards. Knickfan was hella cocky about it too. Serves em right !!

Julian Strawther looked like prime Ray Allen against the Spurs in the finale and now looks like Malaki Branham against the Wolves.

Dosunmu is a stud. For a team like the Wolves who only had 6 quality rotation players, adding a 7th in Dosunmu makes a world of difference.

Gobert defending Jokic > Wemby defending Jokic

Hard to deny it. We've never been able to hurt Jokic's efficiency like the Wolves.

If the Nuggets get blasted this first round, I'd imagine Adelman is on the hot seat tbh.

If Carter Bryant can become the Spurs Jaden McDaniels that would be a home run. Lock down defender 1 through 4, space the floor, be a consistent 15 PPG, 6-8 RPG, 2-3 APG, with 2-3 stocks, and have the ability to swing up to 18-20 PPG against favourable matchups like McDaniels is doing against Denver being guarded by Cam J:lolhnson with no rim protection.

OG Anunoby
Jaden McDaniels

Two really good comps for Carter Bryant to chase.
