Milwaukee wouldn't want just Draymond Green and KP for Giannis, would they? I don't think draft picks alone would make up the difference for them to be interested. I think they still want usable player or two, or at least a young player or two with potential. That's why they want Jaden McDaniels.
 
Warriors trading Kuminga for the right to keep Porzingis medical records in the most secret location in the world seems dumb but like I said before Dunleavey is the most nepo baby of all time he has absolutely no skill or talent whatsoever as a front office person so this doesn't surprise me one bit.

I think it depends on what they can get for Green. It was noteworthy that Draymond said he’d want to go to Lakers if moved earlier today. So you get what? 4FRPs from Warriors, some late year swap rights from them, and maybe a LAL FRP and Rui?
 
Looks like Porzingis can't be aggregated...effectively take golden state out of play for Giannis.... I guess its Minnesota or this summer

Effectively an expiring since the next season is a team option.
Taking him as a reclamation project, nothing to lose.

All jokes aside (and there are a lot of jokes about this dumb trade), why did Warriors do it? Serious question. I'm not too savvy with cap stuff or their future contracts. It just seems like a terrible trade to me.

Because everyone hates Kuminga over there and Porzingis can contribute if by some miracle he stays healthy for the play-in?

wolves didnt rest anybody today. mcdaniels played damn near 40 minutes. at this point id guess he stays put.

But I was under the impression that Kumunga held decent value. To get rid of him and give up their second-best shooter in Hield for an injury-prone big man makes absolutely zero sense. No picks no good young player no nothing.
