Fuck LAC....now OKC gonna get a top 5 pick again and 2027 draft top 5 too
Huh? They have proven no such thing. Garland especially has been rather a question mark when it comes to postseason basketball, and not just health-wise.don't get why cleveland would trade garland when they have proved to be title worthy when healthy
I'm not sure Garland has a high market value at the moment. Injury concerns, no defense, wilted in the playoffsCavs are trying to drop out of the second apron. Pretty wild that the Clippers might grab Garland for essentially nothing.
Yep, I think we found what Harden values most. He's a Championship level player when it comes to stripclubsHarden wants to be in the stripclub capital
Kawhi quit on two championship teams. I don’t think he really cares. I hope the rest of his career is just as inconsequential as it has been since he left TorontoHarden knows he has little left in the tank. If LAC not going to pay him, not be a serious contender, then he wants a better situation. He’s always been a selfish player over being a team player for any organization. Glad cousin gets to experience a team mate quitting on their team mid-season.
I want to believeJames Harden leaving might open the door to a fire sale and thus the much vaunted SpursTalk/BaselineBums pairing of your San Antonio Spurs and John Collins. The dream is still alive, maybe. Kidding aside, who in the fuck is going to pay Harden $40 million/year? That is insane. Ja to the Clippers, Garland to Memphis and Harden to Cleveland with the appropriate financial fillers might be a fun changing of the guards?

Yeah. This seems the most likely reason for the all-star snub for Nephew and Harden wanting to leave LA. Ironic because Nephew was dragging the Clips to respectability this season and deserved to be an All-Star. But just punishment to a fella whose career path could have been way better if not for his Uncle's all-encompassing greed.Speculation is that the Kawhi all-star snub and Harden’s sudden desire to want out could signal the hammer coming down on Nephew and the Clippers after the ASB… we’ll see. Would certainly like to see OKC send LAC their own pick back first…
Also seen some rumors that CLE would be open to moving Allen or even Mobley if it opened a path to getting Giannis. Been reported that Mitchell told CLE he won’t extend if they have another first round exit.
Trade deadline finally getting good.
He is suggesting that the league's investigation of the Aspiration case will finally see the hammer fall on the Clips and Nephew and Harden might have got an inkling of this and is wanting to leave before doom and gloom. What do you mean it seems likely for the all-star snub? I'm not seeing any reason for him to be snubbed based on his play. What's Harden wanting out go to do with an all-star snub? Did Harden expect to make the all-star team too?
Oh, right, got it thanks. Forgot about the Aspiration thing for a while there. He is suggesting that the league's investigation of the Aspiration case will finally see the hammer fall on the Clips and Nephew and Harden might have got an inkling of this and is wanting to leave before doom and gloom.
I'll go with Occam's razor and say it's just about money. Clippers see no reason to pay Harden an $80 million contract. Harden could give a shit about winning or the situation the team is in if the money is still green.Yeah. This seems the most likely reason for the all-star snub for Nephew and Harden wanting to leave LA. Ironic because Nephew was dragging the Clips to respectability this season and deserved to be an All-Star. But just punishment to a fella whose career path could have been way better if not for his Uncle's all-encompassing greed.
That is an interesting question though. Could they void the remaining contract to kawhi next year?As punishment to the Clippers, what can they do? They've already fucked themselves going all in for Kawhi. Maybe give ownership back to the Sterlings for a few years?
