This guy has shown that he’s not afraid to pay through the roof for a winning team. The lakers just need to stack the deck their way and claim they are better.

They also do a lot of underhanded shit that the MLB let's them get away with. Hopefully with all the scandals the NBA has seen the past few months they'll be more strict tbh.

Like that's a bad thing. :st-lol:

Even "small market" teams have billionaire owners. Bout time the NBA's premiere team has one too. :st-downspin:

Jeannie, playing straight up game of thrones. Janie always votes with Jeannie. Jeannie sides with the two younger sibs to boot Jim and Johnny from the Lakers board. However, Jerry set up the family trust so that your shares revert to the trust when you die. No one passes on to their kids and fragments the shares. Last surviving sib inherits all. That benefits the two younger half sibs, so Jeannie turns around and partners with the two other older siblings that she booted off the Lakers board to force the trust to sell and dissolve, everyone getting their 1/6th share.

Why would Jerry have made it like that? Doesn't seem fair if the other's families don't get anything with the way he had it set up originally.
