Uncle Dennis can't escape here. Bar him from ever having contact with any NBA franchise ever again, in particular he can never either directly or indirectly be part of any ownership group.
Number Two himself signed those cap-circumventing contracts and opened up all those LLCs to launder the money through. He deserves to be suspended for a minimum of a year, and more fitting would be 3, the length of the sub-max contract he signed.
Of course the Clippers need to be punished. How about a dollar amount equal to how much they paid Number Two under the table, Number Two's contract still counts towards the cap/tax, strip the next 5 draft picks they actually own (2030 throguh 2034), and Ballmer can't attend any games for 2 years. Still insufficient given how cardinal a sin cap circumvention is and how blatantly they did it.
